Educational: Postgraduate in EnglishExperience: 2-4 years of teaching/research experience in reputed institutions/ corporate

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum DevelopmentTeach undergraduate courses in English, Communication Skills, and Professional Ethics.Design, review, and update course content to align with AICTE and RTU guidelines.Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars using innovative pedagogical techniques.Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and exams.Student Mentorship & DevelopmentProvide academic and career counselling to students.Encourage student participation in debates, communication clubs, and other co-curricular activities.Promote ethical and value-based education.Key Skills:Excellent command of the English language and communicationCurriculum design and academic planningStudent-centred teaching approach
