We're growing our faculty and looking for educators who share that ambition.About the RoleWe're seeking a research-driven Assistant Professor to teach across three interconnected domains — Business Analytics, Marketing, and Operations Management. This role suits an academic who enjoys teaching at the intersection of disciplines, bringing analytical rigor to marketing and operations decisions, and connecting classroom theory to real-world business practice.What You'll DoTeach MBA and PGDM courses in analytics, marketing, and operations, using case-based, experiential, and application-driven methods.Design and refresh course content to reflect current industry tools, trends, and practices.Pursue an active research agenda and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.Mentor students on projects, dissertations, internships, and career development.Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental initiatives.Strengthen industry linkages through guest sessions, live projects, and corporate engagement.What We're Looking ForPh.D. (awarded or near completion) in Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or a closely related field, per AICTE/UGC norms.Strong grounding in at least one of the three domains, with the ability to teach across all three.Familiarity with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) is a strong plus.A record of, or clear potential for, quality research and publication.Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to student success.Prior teaching or relevant industry experience is desirable.Why Join ABBSA collegial, forward-looking academic culture on a vibrant Bengaluru campus.Support for research, publication, and professional development.The chance to shape programs at the growing intersection of analytics and management.
