Assistant Professor of Management

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lectures in Management and related subjects.Prepare course plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.Participate in academic activities, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.Undertake research, publications, and other academic activities as per institutional requirements.Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.EligibilityMBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in Management or a relevant discipline.Ph.D. in Management will be preferred.NET/SET qualification will be an added advantage, as applicable.Prior teaching experience in a college/university/institution will be preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.Candidate PreferenceImmediate joiners are strongly preferred.Candidates currently based in Indore will be given preference.Candidates who can relocate and join immediately may also be considered.
