The individual in this role will deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, including lectures, seminars, and case-based discussions, while maintaining high academic standards and student engagement. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, supervising student projects, advising students on academic matters, and providing timely assessment and feedback. The role also involves conducting scholarly research in marketing-related fields, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, participating in academic conferences, and contributing to curriculum development. The Assistant Professor will collaborate with colleagues on departmental initiatives, support accreditation efforts, and engage with industry partners to enhance the practical relevance of programs.Qualifications Strong foundation in Market Research and Research, with the ability to design studies, analyze data, and apply findings to academic and practical marketing contexts.Expertise in Consumer Behavior and Marketing Management, including the ability to integrate theory and practice in classroom instruction and scholarly work.Comprehensive knowledge of core Marketing principles and frameworks, and the capacity to teach a variety of marketing courses at different academic levels.Relevant academic qualifications, typically a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Marketing or a closely related field; ABD candidates may be considered if near completion.Evidence of or strong potential for research productivity, including publications, conference presentations, and engagement with the academic marketing community.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to teach diverse student groups and deliver content in English.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural academic environment and contribute to departmental service and institutional initiatives.Experience in curriculum development, use of modern teaching technologies, and innovative pedagogical approaches is highly beneficial.Prior university-level teaching experience and familiarity with international or regional marketing practices in the Middle East are considered an advantage.
