Requirements

You should have:PhD/DNSc or equivalent along with a Master’s degree (MScN/MPhil/MEd/MSc in MPH, Epidemiology, or HPM) with a basic nursing qualification (BScN/Post-RN/Diploma in Nursing) as a mandatory requirementa minimum of 4 years of clinical and/or teaching experiencea valid PNC licenseat least four published research papers, including a minimum of three research papers, with two as first author in peer-reviewed, indexed journals. At least one paper should have been published within the last two yearspublished book chapters, monographs, or consolidated reports as an author or co-author would be considered supplementarydemonstrated clinical competence as a professional nurse and the ability to serve as an effective role modelsound conceptual knowledge of nursing and/or the relevant field of specialization, with the ability to integrate theory into practicegood teaching skills and knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies and practicesknowledge of current research methodologies and the ability to initiate researchability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with course participantsgood academic writing and presentation skillsfluency in English and Urdu; proficiency in other regional languages would be an advantageproficiency in the use of computers and relevant software applicationsstrong conceptual, analytical, and planning skillssound knowledge of educational leadership and management commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and improvement.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
