Its dynamic learning environment is designed for aspiring professionals in creative fields, including interior design, who seek global perspectives and industry-relevant education.Role Description The Assistant Professor – SOID (School of Interior Design) will teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in interior design, including design fundamentals, materials, space planning, and industry practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, conducting studio sessions, guiding project work, evaluating student performance, and providing academic mentoring. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, engaging in academic events, and supporting institutional initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular presence on campus and active collaboration with faculty and students.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.Relevant teaching/studio mentoring or industry experience in Interior Design.Strong expertise in Drawing & Sketching, Material Exploration, and 3D Installations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.Good understanding of space planning, materials, design development, and visualization.Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.Ability to conduct practical, project-based learning and guide student portfolios.
