Ltd. design and deliver high-quality academic and professional training sessions for university students. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan and Kolhapur regions, the positions involves preparing course materials, lectures, workshops, and assessments aligned with futuristic honors programs and industry-relevant competencies. Daily responsibilities include facilitating interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also includes collaborating with academic and industry partners to refine curriculum content, integrating educational technology into teaching, and contributing to program development and continuous improvement.QualificationsMaster's Degree/SET/NET/PHD in the relevant domainCandidates should possess strong teaching, training, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups in interactive sessions.Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, instructional planning, and assessment development tailored to academic and corporate training contexts.Candidates should possess research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to align course content with current industry trends and academic standards.Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to provide structured feedback.Candidates should possess proficiency with educational technologies, learning management systems, and digital tools for content delivery and learner engagement.Prior experience in higher education teaching, corporate training, or academic program development is advantageous.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different learner needs is expected.Experience: Minimum two years of experience in the relevant domainPrograms:BSc Cyber Security and Digital Forensics
