The school provides opportunities for professional growth within an international education context.Role Description The Assistant Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pyin Oo Lwin District. This position supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of academic and co-curricular programs in alignment with Pearson Edexcel requirements and school policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assisting with program documentation, supporting student and family inquiries, and preparing materials for classes, events, and examinations. The role involves collaborating with teachers and administrators, tracking program timelines, and helping ensure smooth execution of projects throughout the school year. The Assistant Program Coordinator also contributes to process improvements, maintains accurate records, and supports internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.Qualifications Strong Program Management and Program Development skills to support the planning, coordination, and enhancement of school programs.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with students, families, and staff.Solid Project Management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple initiatives.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures.Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn school-specific systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to changing priorities.Prior experience in education administration or program coordination is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in education, administration, or a related field preferred.
