As a fast-growing prop-tech company transforming workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to inspect buildings, assess their condition prior to leasing, and follow up on their preparation after leasing through to handover to the relevant department.🔑 What You'll OwnConduct visits to buildings referred by the Sales and Leasing team, perform an initial assessment of their general condition and capacity, and share the necessary information with the Sales and Leasing team to support their leasing decisionsPrepare a comprehensive technical Assessment Report detailing the building's data (number of rooms, bathrooms, floors, and measurements of rooms and key areas), covering the condition of all structural, electrical, and mechanical elements (plumbing, electrical systems, doors, ceilings, flooring, air conditioning, safety and security), documented with photographs, and identifying required works as the basis for the project planPrepare a Project Plan report detailing the scope of work required for each discipline (civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, safety), specifying the expected duration for each task and the execution approach (sequential or parallel), as the basis for project schedulingCompile a list of all requirements needed after taking over the project (furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and cooking and laundry equipment), and submit purchase requests through the company's approved platformTrack shipment status through to delivery, inventory items upon receipt, and verify their condition and conformity with the orderSupervise fit-out and maintenance works by inspecting before, during, and after execution, while monitoring workflow to ensure completionReview invoices and verify the accuracy of their data (quantity, date, VAT number), reconcile them against actual conditions on site, then upload them to the company's approved ERP platformConduct a comprehensive final inspection to ensure the building conforms to Mnzil's standard criteria — including color schemes, distribution of power outlets, unit numbering, readiness of safety systems (fire extinguishers and alarm systems), coverage of internal and external surveillance cameras, cleanliness of units, corridors, and shared facilities, completeness of furniture and fixture installation, and proper functioning of air conditioning units and lighting✅ What You BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven experience in project coordination, property inspection, or facilities managementStrong attention to detail and technical assessment skillsAbility to read and interpret building conditions across civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for report preparationStrong organizational and follow-up skills across multiple concurrent sitesFluent in Arabic and English🚀 Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to take ownership of real, tangible outcomes within a high-growth startup environment.
