The organization offers a dynamic environment for talent interested in shaping digital experiences for diverse industries across the region.Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mecca, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. This role supports end-to-end project delivery for software, web, and digital product initiatives, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in project planning, tracking progress against milestones, following up on pending actions, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and client expectations. The Assistant Project Manager helps manage documentation, prepares status reports, supports risk and issue tracking, and facilitates meetings to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Collaboration with design, development, and operations teams is central to the role, as well as maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and partners.Qualifications Strong project support and coordination skills, including experience or knowledge in Project Management.Ability to manage vendor and supplier follow-up activities, with skills in Expeditor and Expediting.Understanding of product and service quality processes, with exposure to Inspection activities.Knowledge of Logistics Management to support scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery coordination.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in cross-functional and client-facing contexts.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, documentation platforms).Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in software development, digital products, or technology services in the MENA region is an advantage.
