KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSourcing of Civil Project related requirements, CAPEX items / O&M Items and Services.Good Knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices (Researching, Evaluating, & Liaising with Suppliers.Understanding of Supply chain Procedures with good analytical Skills.Sending RFQ & Coordinating for Getting offers, making Comparison & Evaluate offers Technically & Commercially.Negotiate Contract terms of agreement & Pricing.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESInter & Intra Departmental Coordination for Technical clearance for the items being handled.PO creation in SAPKnowledge of SAP, Excel is MustEnsure the timely receipt of material from SupplierAbility to handle queries raised from internal & external customers.Qualification:B.Tech/Diploma
