Procurement experience for - Civil, electrical, mechanical or MEP material is must.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:· Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organizational goals.· Identify potential suppliers, negotiations, supply chain management, contract for supply of goods and services.2. Vendor Management:· Identify and evaluate vendor performance and identify the problems which arises.· Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness.3. Sourcing and Cost Negotiation:· Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers.· Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.4. Contract Management:· Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.· Monitor contract performance and take corrective action when necessary.5. Procurement Process Improvement:· Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.· Implement best practices to streamline the procurement life cycle.6. Budget Management:· Develop and manage the procurement budget in collaboration with finance and other relevant departments.· Monitor and control procurement-related expenses to ensure budget compliance.7. Risk Management:· Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.· Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact infrastructure procurement processes.8. Team Leadership:· Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.· Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.9. Compliance and Documentation:· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities related to infra projects10. Quality Assurance:· Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that procured materials and services meet specified standards.· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes within the procurement function.Qualifications and Requirements:· 3-5 years of proven experience in purchase & infrastructure procurement industry· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.· Familiarity with procurement software and tools.· In-depth knowledge of infrastructure procurement regulations and best practices.Salary and Location:· 3-5 years of proven experience in purchase & infrastructure procurement industry· Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai / Uran, Navi Mumbai / Modi Nagar Ghaziabad · CTC : APIS (Negotiable basis experience and Fit)· Notice Period : 30 Days or immediate Joiners preferred
