Reports directly to the QSR Manager and supervises the QSR staff of service leads, baristas and sales associates.Actively manage shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong guest experience, supporting execution of daily and weekly QSR operational tasksSupports staffing coverage and real-time labor adjustments, supporting as manager-on-duty as neededLeads onboarding and training of new hires in QSR, including Italian coffee service and Bassett coffee productionEnsures all team members are trained on SOPs, food safety standards (Serve Safe), and service protocolsProvides ongoing coaching and feedback to elevate team performance and operational execution.Assists with inventory counts, ordering, and product organization, emphasizing coffee and specialty beverage productionMaintains cleanliness, organization, and compliance across all QSR areasFosters a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environmentSupports employee engagement, retention, and training initiativesPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications1–3 years of experience in food service or hospitality leadershipServe Safe certification requiredHands-on experience in Italian coffee service, Bassett coffee production, and QSR food productionStrong training, coaching, and team development focusHigh-energy, hands-on approach to operationsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Job RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAbility to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, drink blender, and cash registerCompensationCompensation for this role is USD $60,000-$65,000 annuallyThis position has been posted to fill a current vacancyAdditional InformationMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with matchBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
