The school provides a diverse, multicultural environment focused on student success and academic excellence.Position Overview The Assistant Registrar supports the Senior Registrar in the administration and management of student academic records, registration processes, examinations, and compliance with academic policies and regulations. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student records while contributing to efficient academic administration and high-quality service delivery to students, faculty, and staff. Assistant Registrar also plays a key role in academic data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior Registrar in overseeing student registration. Manage and maintain accurate student academic records, including admissions data, grades, progression, graduation, and transcripts. Support the coordination of examinations, assessments, and result processing in line with institutional policies. Review and send out Lower School, Middle School, and High school report cards for accuracy. Work in coordination with Academic Coaches, Homeroom Teachers and the Registrar. Issue Acceptance/Enrollment Letters · Process credit evaluations for High School Process diploma Ensure compliance with academic regulations, accreditation requirements, and data protection standards. Respond to student, faculty, and administrative inquiries regarding academic records, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports, statistics, and official documentation as required by internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the development, implementation, and review of registrar’s office policies, procedures, and systems.Support audits and quality assurance reviews related to academic records and student administration. · Participate in system upgrades, digitization initiatives, and process improvement projects.Analyze and monitor student data including enrollment, academic performance, progression, and graduation.Ensure accuracy and integrity of student data through validation and reconciliation processes. Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Registrar to support the effective functioning of the Registrar’s Office.Role Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Education Administration or Business Administration or a related field Prior experience in academic administration, student records, or registrar-related functions for at least 3 years. Strong knowledge of academic policies, regulations, and higher education administrative processes.High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in student information systems and standard office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
