The successful candidate must be able to work independently, handle financial transactions accurately and become productive quickly with limited training.Key Responsibilities;Support Relationship Managers and Wealth Management teams with day-to-day client servicing and administrative activities.Process and monitor client market orders and securities transactions.Handle incoming and outgoing client cash/payment instructions.Support securities and investment-related transactions and ensure accurate processing.Assist with short-term loan drawdowns, rollovers and related documentation.Support treasury activities, including fiduciary deposits and deposit-related transactions.Generate and coordinate client statements, advice slips and transaction-related documents.Collect and coordinate documentation required for client requests and transactions.Assist with account opening, account maintenance and account closure.Prepare information and documentation required for client meetings.Coordinate with internal teams including Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders.Monitor outstanding client requests, pending transactions and documentation.Ensure all activities are completed accurately and in line with internal controls, procedures and regulatory requirements.Support Relationship Managers in an international, cross-border Wealth Management environment.Requirements;Bachelor's degree or higher education, preferably in Finance, Banking, Business or a related field.Approximately 3–5+ years of relevant banking experience.Previous Wealth Management / Private Banking experience is mandatory.Capital Markets exposure is mandatory.Hands-on experience supporting Relationship Managers serving HNW/UHNW clients.Strong knowledge of financial instruments, securities and transaction processing.Practical experience with client transactions such as:EquitiesBondsInvestment FundsStructured ProductsFXSecurities TransactionsClient Cash/Payment InstructionsDepositsLoans / Credit-Related TransactionsExperience with client onboarding, account opening/closure and documentation.Experience within an international bank, private bank or Wealth Management institution is highly preferred.DIFC/UAE banking experience is strongly preferred.Knowledge of DFSA requirements, cross-border banking or offshore booking centres is an advantage.Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.Arabic, Hindi or French language skills are an advantage.Strong attention to detail and awareness of transaction and operational risk.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international banking environment.Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.Immediate availability or short notice period is strongly preferred.ImportantThis position requires hands-on Wealth Management / Private Banking transaction experience.Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to KYC/AML, compliance, general administration, retail banking, customer service or pure sales/Relationship Manager roles without transaction-processing exposure will not be considered.Contract & Working EnvironmentLocation: DIFC, DubaiContract: Temporary StaffingDuration: Approximately 6–12 monthsJoining: ASAPCommercial Targets: NoneRole Focus: Operational, transactional and client servicing supportPotential for longer-term opportunities may exist but is not guaranteed.
