Our work brings together structured research methods, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support practical and informed business and technical outcomes.The RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Research Scientist to support research activities, data collection, analysis, documentation, and project coordination. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in scientific research, laboratory or technical research, data analysis, academic research, or research-focused project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport research projects from planning and data collection through analysis and reporting.Conduct literature reviews, background research, and information gathering using reliable sources.Collect, organize, clean, and analyze research data, datasets, samples, or technical information.Assist with research methodologies, testing procedures, experiments, surveys, or analytical studies where applicable.Prepare research notes, technical documentation, charts, tables, presentations, and project reports.Review research findings and identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, or areas requiring further investigation.Maintain organized research records, datasets, references, documentation, and project files.Coordinate with researchers, analysts, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.Track research activities, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions.Support preparation of presentations, summaries, findings, and recommendations for project stakeholders.Assist with quality checks, data validation, documentation reviews, and research process improvements.Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable research, documentation, and data-handling standards.Requirements3+ years of experience in research, scientific research, data analysis, laboratory support, technical research, or a related field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Technology, Data, Research, or a related discipline preferred.Strong research, analytical, documentation, and information-evaluation skills.Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and communicate quantitative or qualitative information.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, research databases, or analytical tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience with statistical analysis, laboratory systems, research software, technical reporting, or scientific documentation is an advantage.Experience supporting research projects, studies, publications, or technical initiatives is a plus.What We OfferHybrid working arrangement within the UAE.Flexible part-time hours designed to support different professional schedules.Opportunity to contribute to research, data analysis, technical investigation, and evidence-based projects.Exposure to cross-functional research and project environments.Professional development opportunities across research and analytical workflows.
