Additional store openings are scheduled in 2026 and beyond.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Boga Superfoods. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, and efficient problem-solver, and a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsMinimum five years restaurant experience and at least one year as a manager/assistant manager/supervisorQSR/Fast Casual experience is strongly preferred Ability to recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staffStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with othersAttention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspacePositive and proactive attitudeFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilitiesProficiency in English; additional languages are a plusSalary Range:Restaurant Manager salaries range from 3,500-4,500AED/month, depending on experience.
