Assistant Restaurant Manager

At Paramount Hotel Dubai, every Star has a story — and we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who knows how to turn great service into memorable guest experiences.As part of our Food & Beverage Cast, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the outlet operation, developing the team, driving revenue and ensuring that every detail, from service standards to guest satisfaction, reflects the Paramount experience.What you’ll be doing:Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Lead, supervise and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistently high service standards.Ensure the outlet is appropriately staffed and operationally prepared throughout each shift.Maintain high standards of food, beverage and service quality, ensuring these are effectively communicated to the team.Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, remembering preferences and ensuring personalized service.Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.Ensure the team is confident in reservations, order-taking, billing procedures and guest service standards.Drive upselling and revenue opportunities across the outlet.Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability and beverage-cost objectives.Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage and support effective cost-control practices.Conduct daily briefings and support ongoing training and development of the team.Ensure tables, service stations, equipment and the overall outlet are maintained to the required standards.Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene, HACCP, health & safety and fire-safety standards.Work closely with Kitchen, Finance, Purchasing, Stores and other F&B teams to ensure seamless operations.Step up and take responsibility for the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.What we’re looking for:4–5 years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a similar supervisory/management role.Previous experience in a 5-star international hotel or luxury hospitality environment.Strong background in F&B service and restaurant operations.Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue, beverage cost, stock control and profitability.Confident, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills.Fluent spoken and written English.Knowledge of MICROS/POS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.A positive, professional leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide the team.Join Paramount Hotel Dubai and become part of a team where service, personality and performance take center stage.#ParamountHotelDubai #DamacHospitality #AssistantRestaurantManager #F&BJobs #RestaurantJobs #HospitalityJobs #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #FoodAndBeverage #NowHiring
