Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, manage FOH and BOH teams, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve operational and financial targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate FOH and BOH activities.Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.Monitor sales performance, food costs, labor costs, and inventory.Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.Handle customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.Support staff scheduling, performance management, and operational reporting.Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving business targets and improving profitability.Requirements3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor.Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations.Experience in casual dining, upper-casual dining, or fine dining is preferred.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good English communication skills.
