Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Leisure & Dining (Dubai)

About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations for one of our premier dining outlets within a prestigious lifestyle destination in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-service environment blending fine dining with exclusive leisure experiences.As the right hand to the F&B Manager, you will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect the sophistication of our venue.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring all service standards, hygiene protocols, and health & safety regulations are strictly maintained.Guest Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and members, resolving inquiries promptly and personalizing service to exceed expectations.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders), fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing stock levels, minimizing waste, and monitoring food/beverage costs to meet budgetary targets.Event Support: Coordinate with banquet and events teams to support private functions, polo match-day services, and special member events.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on F&B products, table settings, and ambiance to ensure consistency with luxury brand guidelines.Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 3–5 years in F&B management or supervisory roles within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end clubs in the GCC region (UAE experience strongly preferred).Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera).Attributes: Polished presentation, strong attention to detail, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings), and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are an advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a world-class hospitality group known for excellence and innovation.Competitive salary package with comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic portfolio of luxury properties.Work in a vibrant, multicultural environment at one of Dubai’s most iconic leisure destinations.
