Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders. Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions. Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals. Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance. Assists with T&C, snagging and project close-out. Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting. Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalationExperience & Background1-3 years' relevant experienceBased in DubaiBachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related fieldStrong communication, coordination, and time-management skills1 Month Notice period
