The role also involves budget ownership, resource planning, and continuous improvement of processes to secure sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, develop, and retain diverse teams.Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities, with experience in setting goals, managing budgets, and driving growth.Proven track record in operations or commercial management, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, packaging, or printing-related industries.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and international locations.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans and innovative solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai and/or other regional languages is an advantage.Experience working in a global organization, with familiarity in cross-cultural collaboration and change management.High level of integrity, results orientation, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable business practices.
