Islamabad. The Direktör will oversee EPC projects, providing strategic leadership, planning, and execution for bulk liquid storage terminals, pipelines, process plants, and related facilities. Daily responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The role involves stakeholder management with clients, partners, and internal teams, as well as reporting on project performance and driving continuous improvement across operations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong project and operations management skills, including leadership, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Candidates should possess EPC-related technical skills in engineering, construction management, and familiarity with bulk liquid storage terminals, pipelines, or process plants.Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and client relationship development.Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for complex engineering and construction challenges.Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field are highly beneficial.Prior experience in senior leadership roles within EPC or industrial projects, and a strong understanding of HSE and quality management systems, is advantageous.
