Assistant Revenue Manager- Hospitality

Team members contribute directly to shaping memorable hospitality experiences for travelers from around the world.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory and distribution channels, and optimizing revenue across Connekt Homes’ portfolio of short-term rental properties. Day-to-day tasks include taking reservations, managing guest relations as will as monitoring occupancy and rate performance. QualificationsCandidates should possess solid Customer Service and Hospitality skills to understand guest expectations, support high-quality experiences, and align revenue strategies with service standards.Candidates should possess analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with revenue management tools, Excel or similar software, and data-driven decision-making.Relevant experience in hospitality revenue management, hotel or short-term rental operations, or distribution/channel management is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Please apply with a cover letter, mentioning your current CTC and location.
