Location: PuneRole title: Assistant Manager - SalesAbout the RoleThe Assitant Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Polymer Compounds and MB division.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Competitor Understanding:Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.Sales & Product Support:Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.Sales Planning & Execution:Execute territory wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.Customer Relationship Management:Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.Channel Sales SupportWork with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining strong channel alignment.
