After the initial 6 months, compensation transitions to a base salary + sliding commission structure, with expected total earnings of $90,000+ annually.Job SummaryThe Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales growth, and improving overall profitability. This role helps manage and develop the Store team while ensuring sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals are achieved. The Assistant Store Manager will also serve as the acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager.Core Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, developing, and evaluating Store team members. Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. Analyze business performance data and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, maximize ROI, and grow profit sharing. Support daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to increase market share and identify new business opportunities. Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards, OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. Protect and maintain company assets, including facilities, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables. Complete all required safety and compliance training programs. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications College degree or equivalent industry experience required. Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service experience. Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to drive for company business purposes.Skills & Requirements Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
