Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager at iPay will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall management and operations of the retail store. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing store associates, maintaining store standards, and fostering a productive and motivated team.Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by anticipating needs, resolving inquiries or complaints promptly, and ensuring customer retention.Contribute to achieving individual and store KPIs by actively participating in sales floor activities and coaching associates on persuasive selling techniques.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Demonstrate dedication to the commercial success of the store, achieving individual and store KPI objectives and targets.Assist in managing overall store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.Monitor and manage stock levels, replenishment, and product displays.Provide guidance and coaching to associates, fostering a positive work environment.Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth store operations and efficient use of resources.Assist in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.Collaborate with the Store Manager to generate sales reports and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures to provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.Conduct regular store audits to identify and address any operational or safety issues.Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager, Sales Executives, and other stakeholders.Act as a liaison between Sales Executives and Upper Management, conveying information and addressing concerns.Assist in analyzing daily and weekly sales data, identifying trends, and recommending action plans to drive revenue growth.Help prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the Store Manager for decision-making. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager roleExperience with visual merchandising, loss prevention, and sales reportingFamiliarity with retail KPIs and performance-driven environments
