Assistant Teacher

QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.Passionate, patient, cheerful, and nurturing toward children.Proficient in English, both spoken and written.Able to work collaboratively in a team and follow guidance from lead teachers and school leaders.ResponsibilitiesSupport the lead teacher in implementing daily activities and routines aligned with the IEYC and Islamic values.Assist in preparing learning materials, setting up the classroom, and cleaning up after activities.Help supervise and engage with children during learning, play, snack, and outdoor time.Encourage children’s social, emotional, and spiritual development through kind interactions and positive role modelling.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by being attentive and responsive at all times.Communicate any concerns about a child’s development or behavior to the lead teacher.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development as required.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this position, please send your application to:Email: nara@happyhope.kidsSubject: [Happy Hope] - Nama - Posisi yang dilamar
