Assistant Teachers: Pre-Primary and Primary

This is an opportunity to be part of this unique initiative and work with open-minded, passionate people who want to make a difference.Key Responsibilities:Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroomProvide individual or small group academic support to students when neededHelp with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materialsAssist with co-curricular activities, events, and field tripsMonitor student behavior and ensure a safe, positive classroom environmentMaintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teacherSubstitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidanceQualifications & Skills:Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a teamBasic digital literacy for classroom supportBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In personAbility to commute/relocate:Borivali H.O, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Job Type: Full-time
