We’re Hiring: Assistant Technical SuperintendentM/MARITIME is looking for a motivated Naval Architect & Marine Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to join our Technical Department as an Assistant Technical Superintendent.Candidate Profile

• Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong academic performance
• Genuine interest in developing within a practical ship-management environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Technical DepartmentPrevious professional experience is not required. We place particular emphasis on potential, motivation and willingness to learn.Fulfilled military service obligations would be considered an advantage.What We Offer
• Comprehensive on-the-job training alongside experienced Technical Superintendents
• Hands-on involvement in day-to-day technical matters, including the coordination of Class surveys and technical services
• Monitoring of vessels’ PMS, weekly and monthly reports and forms, as well as LO/FO analysis results and other routine technical activities
• Onboard attendance during port calls, repairs and dry-docking projects
• Direct exposure to the day-to-day technical management of vessels
• Meaningful responsibilities from an early stage
