This position manages calendars, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, and prepares documents, presentations, and reports. The role includes handling correspondence, organizing virtual and in-person meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring follow-up on key action items and deadlines. The assistant will help streamline communication between the CEO and internal teams, support strategic initiatives with research and documentation, and safeguard confidential information. The position requires proactive prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including managing calendars, meetings, and confidential information.Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document preparation, data entry, and follow-up on tasks.Excellent Organization Skills for prioritizing work, managing multiple deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.Experience with Office Administration, including coordinating logistics, handling correspondence, and supporting day-to-day operations.Proficiency with productivity tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, calendars, video conferencing, document sharing).Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information discreetly, and adapt to changing priorities.Relevant education or training in business administration, management, or a related field; prior experience supporting senior leadership is beneficial.
