With CME-accredited content coming soon and rewards for progress, eCME Academy aims to be a trusted partner for exam preparation, guideline updates, and clinical practice improvement.Role Description The Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day executive activities. This full-time, on-site role in Alexandria, Egypt includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The assistant will prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials, as well as support internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. Responsibilities also include handling office administration tasks, tracking key deadlines and follow-ups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and executive priorities.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional correspondence.Proven Organization Skills and experience in Office Administration to manage schedules, records, and office workflows efficiently.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic project coordination abilities.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience supporting senior executives is an advantage.Familiarity with healthcare, education technology, or continuous medical education environments is beneficial.
