In this role, you will work closely with our Trade Execution Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and provide support across various aspects of domestic and international trade. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.Provide support to the Trade Execution Specialist and other team members.Help track and manage deadlines for ongoing projects.Handle documentation, correspondence, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in an import/export or trade-related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Residing in Kochi or nearby areas.A background in accounting is a plus.
