Team members work together to create impactful experiences that inspire participants to reach their potential.Role Description The Assistant Trainer is a volunteer role that supports the planning and delivery of youth training programs and activities. This is a hybrid position based in the Riyadh Region, with a mix of on-site sessions and tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting lead trainers during workshops, preparing training materials and resources, helping facilitate group discussions and activities, and providing guidance and support to participants. The Assistant Trainer will also help with session logistics, such as organizing spaces, coordinating attendance, and collecting feedback to improve future programs. The role involves collaborating with the training team to ensure sessions are engaging, safe, and aligned with Cubs Initiatives’ mission of empowering youth.Qualifications Experience or strong interest in youth development, education, or training, with the ability to engage and motivate young participants.Good communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and supportive interaction in group settings.Organizational and time management abilities to help prepare materials, coordinate activities, and follow program schedules.Collaborative mindset and teamwork skills to work effectively with trainers, volunteers, and other stakeholders.Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to different participant needs and adjust activities as required.Basic digital literacy, including comfort with common office and communication tools for hybrid work and program coordination.Commitment to a youth-centered, inclusive, and respectful environment, with a genuine interest in leadership and life skills development.Previous volunteering or mentoring experience is an advantage; proficiency in Arabic and basic English is beneficial.
