Job Title :: Assistant Vice President – Legal Location :: MumbaiExperience : 10 +YearsWe are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a litigation-oriented legal generalist with strong exposure to legal advisory, employment/labour matters and corporate legal matters.Key Requirements10+ years of relevant legal experience.Prior experience with a reputed small/mid-sized law firm and/or strong in-house legal experience.Strong hands-on experience in litigation, dispute resolution and legal advisory.Exposure to employment/labour laws, HR advisory, employee disputes and disciplinary matters.Experience in POSH matters, investigations and employment-related legal issues.Exposure to corporate, commercial, leasing and contractual matters.Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.Good understanding of Indian labour, employment and corporate laws.Strong academic background and ability to work independently.This is an individual contributor role with no team-management responsibility.What We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in lawyers who have worked across litigation + advisory + employment/labour + general corporate matters, rather than highly specialized contract-only profiles.Interested candidates can share their CV via DM or email it to cv.hr@evokehr.com.
