Assistant Vice President- International Business (White Oil)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our international business expansion for White Oils, Transformer Oils, Petroleum Jelly, Lubricants, AdBlue®, and Specialty Petrochemicals.The incumbent will be responsible for driving export growth, developing strategic global partnerships, strengthening brand presence across international markets, and delivering profitable business growth.Industry Focus: Lubricants, AdBlue®, White Oils, Transformer Oils, Petroleum Jelly, & Specialty Petrochemicals.Core Mandate:1. Lead global market expansion across 90+ countries (Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, LATAM, Oceania).2. Deliver P&L targets with export turnover.3.Drive brand positioning (e.g., Velvex®) across Cosmetics, Pharma, Food, Plastics, Automotive, Electrical, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.4.Manage international distribution networks, contract negotiations, product registrations, and trade compliance.Target Candidate Profile: 10–15+ years of techno-commercial leadership experience in specialty oils/lubricants exports with a background in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering.
