It’s an opportunity to build on your operational experience while developing your career in change and transformation.The opportunityWorking closely with Investor Services leadership and colleagues across Operations, AML, Technology and Relationship Management, you will:Review existing workflows, controls and client deliverables, identifying manual work, duplication and opportunities for improvement.Drive improvements across investor onboarding, data maintenance, capital activity, payments and reporting.Develop practical recommendations and take agreed changes through to implementation.Partner with technology teams to explore automation, workflow tools and appropriate AI-enabled solutions.Measure the impact of changes on turnaround times, accuracy, manual effort and operational risk.Help colleagues adopt new processes through clear documentation, training and support.What you’ll bringYou’ll have a strong background in Investor Services or Transfer Agency, with a sound understanding of Private Markets structures and investor activity, including capital calls and distributions.You’ll also bring:At least five years’ relevant experience in investor services, transfer agency or fund administration.Examples of improving processes, strengthening controls, supporting automation or implementing system changes.The confidence to question existing approaches constructively and bring colleagues with you.Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn operational problems into practical solutions.A proactive approach, with the judgement and persistence to see improvements through.Experience with systems such as Investran, Geneva or NTAS would be beneficial.Your experience may come from an operational role where you’ve become the person others turn to when a process needs fixing.
