Apply & track with Apply EdgeAssistant Vice President – Investor Services Change & TransformationPrivate Markets | DublinWe are recruiting an Assistant Vice President – Investor Services Change & Transformation for a leading international financial services organisation in Dublin.This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced Private Markets Investor Services / Transfer Agency professional who wants to move away from day-to-day BAU and into a dedicated change and operational improvement role.Importantly, this position sits entirely outside BAU. There are no day-to-day Investor Services processing responsibilities.The role forms part of a wider business transformation programme and will focus specifically on improving the Private Markets Investor Services operating model.The RoleYou will review existing processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies and operational risks, and help design and implement better ways of working.Your remit will include:Reviewing Investor Services processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automateIdentifying manual workarounds, control weaknesses and operational risksWorking with Operations, Technology, AML and other stakeholders to develop practical solutionsHelping implement workflow, system and process improvementsStrengthening controls and improving scalability, accuracy and turnaround timesUsing data and MI to identify issues and measure the impact of changesSupporting the implementation and embedding of new processes across the businessThis is a proactive improvement role rather than a traditional QA position. The focus is on identifying potential problems and improving processes before issues arise.Who We Are Looking ForYou are likely to currently work in Private Markets Investor Services, Transfer Agency or Fund Administration and have strong knowledge of alternative investment structures and investor servicing.You do not need to currently have “Transformation”, “Change” or “Project Management” in your job title.What matters is that you can demonstrate tangible examples where you have been involved in improving how work is done.We are particularly interested in candidates who can show experience of:Improving an Investor Services or Transfer Agency workflowAutomating or reducing manual processesIntroducing stronger operational controlsWorking with technology teams on system or workflow improvementsHelping design, test or implement a new processDelivering measurable improvements such as fewer errors, faster turnaround times or reduced operational riskExperience across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets or other Private Markets structures would be particularly relevant.Knowledge of areas such as investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, equalisation, investor reporting and payments would also be beneficial. Formal change, Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications are welcome but are not essential.Why Consider It?For someone currently working in a BAU Investor Services role, this offers the opportunity to use that operational knowledge in a very different way.
