- Assist the Civil Resident Engineer with site supervision and project administration
- General contract supervision and administration
- Liaison and communication with the Client, EPC Contractor and project managers
- Assist with monitoring construction activities, quality and compliance with project requirements
- Support site inspections, reporting and coordination of engineering mattersQualifications, Skills and ExperienceApplicants should:
- Be a Namibian citizen or hold a valid work permit
- Hold a National Diploma or BTech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or technical institution
- Be registered or eligible for registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia
- Have at least 5 years’ post-graduate experience in the civil engineering environment, preferably in contract supervision and administration
- Be responsible and self-motivated
- Be innovative, honest, self-driven and accurate
- Be able to work independently
- Be a team player
- Have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Be fully proficient in English
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have own transport
