Our focus is on reliable, efficient, and cost-effective service, and we make the most of Dubai's position as a global tourism and aviation hub.The Role As Ticketing Assistant, you'll help customers book and manage flights, in person, by phone, and online. You'll provide fares, schedules, and route options, handle changes, cancellations, and reissues, and make sure every booking is accurate. You'll also work with airlines and internal teams to confirm bookings and help promote our travel services and packages.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with ticket sales, reservations, and travel information requestsCheck schedules, availability, routes, fares, and booking conditionsCreate, update, and maintain accurate ticket and reservation recordsVerify traveler details, booking references, dates, and travel requirementsPrepare confirmations, tickets, vouchers, and travel documentsCoordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teamsProcess changes, cancellations, amendments, and rebookingsMonitor upcoming departures, schedule changes, and outstanding requirementsFollow up with providers on confirmations and pending informationPrepare ticketing summaries, booking reports, and trackersPromote relevant travel services and packages to support sales targetsSuggest improvements to ticketing accuracy and booking workflowsRequirements1+ years of experience in ticketing, reservations, travel administration.Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred); minimum high school diplomaKnowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (an advantage)Strong customer service, communication, and sales skillsExcellent attention to detail with names, dates, fares, and booking referencesStrong organization and time management, able to handle multiple tasks under pressureAccurate data entry and documentationGood English; additional languages are an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHands-on exposure to ticketing systems and reservation operationsProfessional development in travel and ticketingA collaborative team focused on accuracy and continuous improvement
