📢 We’re Hiring | Associate Account Manager - Medical Devices (Sales & Marketing)We are opening three Associate Account Manager (Sales & Marketing) positions one each in Riyadh, Jeddah and Abha, to take ownership of key hospital and distributor accounts across the Kingdom.Each seat comes with an existing portfolio live accounts, installed equipment and an open pipeline. This is an account-management role for someone who can grow what is already there, not a cold-calling role.What we're looking for:🔹 5–10 years of experience in medical device sales 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or similar) with equivalent medical device experience 🔹 A strong existing network across the Saudi healthcare market. Experience in any region counts Central, Western, Southern or Eastern and we will place the right person in the city that fits them 🔹 Proven ability to manage and grow key hospital and distributor accounts 🔹 Strong relationship-building skills with hospitals, private-sector stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) 🔹 Experience navigating tenders and procurement processes in the KSA healthcare market, including NUPCO 🔹 Fluent in Arabic and English 🔹 Transferable iqama and a valid Saudi driving licence. Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply and will be prioritised.What you'll do:🔹 Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts in your assigned region 🔹 Build long-term relationships with hospitals, private-sector stakeholders and distributors 🔹 Lead the account strategy for your portfolio not just service it 🔹 Prepare technical and commercial proposals, and defend the specification in front of biomedical engineering departments and hospital technical committees 🔹 Manage tender and procurement submissions through to award 🔹 Sell the full offering capital equipment, consumables, spare parts and service because the account grows in the repeat lines, not only the first order 🔹 Turn a single branch approval into group framework pricing across multi-branch accounts 🔹 Collaborate cross functionally with the technical, purchasing and regulatory teams💼 Employment Type: Full-time📩 To Apply:Send your CV to hr@bms-med.com with the subject line Associate Account Manager, naming the city you are applying for Riyadh or Jeddah or Abha.
