You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ideas and prototypes into reliable, scalable applications.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, AI APIs, RAG pipelines, agents, and automation workflows into applications.Develop REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered products.Design responsive, intuitive, and production-ready user interfaces.Work with databases, authentication, APIs, file storage, and third-party integrations.Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.Debug, test, optimize, and deploy applications across development and production environments.Work with Git, GitHub, Docker, cloud platforms, and modern development workflows.Collaborate with designers, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.Rapidly prototype and experiment with emerging AI technologies.Continuously learn new frameworks, tools, and AI capabilities and apply them to real product problems.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Understanding of frontend development using technologies such as React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, or Tailwind CSS.Understanding of backend development using FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js, or similar frameworks.Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, databases, authentication, and Git/GitHub.Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with at least one AI/ML or LLM-based application.Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.Understanding of software development fundamentals, debugging, testing, and deployment.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to learn independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good to HaveExperience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.Experience building RAG systems, AI agents, or AI automation workflows.Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, or similar AI tooling.Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or server deployment.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar platforms.Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation of AI outputs.Personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathon projects, internships, or open-source contributions demonstrating practical development skills.What We Look ForMore than a list of technologies, we look for someone who:Builds instead of only learning.Can take an idea and turn it into a working prototype.Is comfortable experimenting with new AI technologies.Thinks about both the product and the engineering behind it.Can learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.Takes ownership of problems and follows them through to completion.Has curiosity, initiative, and strong attention to detail.Enjoys working on problems where the solution isn't already obvious.Role Level: Associate / Entry LevelFunction: AI Engineering & Full Stack DevelopmentFocus: AI Products • Full Stack Engineering • LLM Applications • Automation • Product Development
