Associate Architect

Title: Associate ArchitectExperience: 2 - 3 yearsRole Summary - At EuMo, architecture is about designing experiences. As an Architect with us, you will work on creating meaningful, engaging spaces through thoughtful planning, materiality, storytelling and spatial strategy. We work across experience centres, retail, commercial and built environments where design must be both functional and expressive. The role requires the ability to translate ideas into spatial solutions from early concepts and visualisation to technical drawings and coordination.If you enjoy thinking, questioning, detailing and bringing ideas into reality, you’re likely one of us already!Responsibilities - Depending on your experience level, you may contribute and lead parts of the following:Interpreting briefs and developing spatial concepts, layouts and design strategiesPreparing sketches, mood boards, presentations and 3D visualisationsDeveloping schematic and detailed design drawingsPreparing working drawings and construction documentationMaterial research, selection and specificationIntegrating structural, MEP and consultant inputs into designCoordinating with project managers, consultants, vendors and internal teamsParticipating in client discussions and presentationsReviewing shop drawings and supporting site execution to maintain design intentApplying knowledge of building codes, standards and site conditionsSkills / Qualifications - EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture / Spatial Design from an accredited institutionTechnicalExpertise in drafting softwareFamiliarity with 3D modelling toolsAbility to create visual presentationsBasic understanding of construction detailing and materialsCore SkillsSpatial and visualisation abilityClarity in design thinking and problem-solvingAttention to detail and documentation disciplineCommunication and collaboration skillsProven experience in translating concepts into practical solutions
