This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants substantive litigation work, direct client exposure, and a strong platform for long term professional growth.Responsibilities:Manage litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filingsConduct legal research and help develop litigation strategyHandle written discovery, depositions, and other phases of discoveryPrepare witnesses and clients for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialAttend court appearances and settlement conferencesAnalyze risk, evaluate claims, and provide practical recommendations to clientsCollaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areasQualifications:Active California Bar license required2+ years of litigation experience preferredStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience with discovery, motion practice, and depositionsCourtroom, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plusDesire to build a long term litigation practiceTeachable, collaborative, and motivated approachPay range and compensation package:Base salary Range $130,000–$200,000, (DOE)401(k) with profit sharingMedical coverageUnlimited PTO for attorneys (within reason)Discretionary bonus
