With over 100 years of history, we serve clients throughout Florida with a focus on the Tampa Bay area.The RoleWe're looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Bradenton office and support a broad civil practice, including real estate, corporate/business, construction, land use, litigation, family law, and estate planning matters.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in litigation and transactional mattersDraft and review contracts, pleadings, and legal documentsConduct legal researchAttend hearings, depositions, and client meetingsManage caseload and deadlinesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school3+ years of experience needed in litigationActive member of The Florida BarStrong writing, research, and communication skillsRecent bar admittees welcome to applySalary and Other Compensation:The base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually.
