Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The firm has a broad civil practice with opportunities across multiple practice areas, including commercial real estate, construction/design, corporate & business, government relations, eminent domain, land use & project development, licensing, marital & family law, mediation, trial practice, and wills, trusts & probate.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload independently while collaborating with partners and senior attorneysDraft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents depending on practice areaConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategyRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, or closings as applicableCommunicate directly with clients to provide updates and counselQualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the Florida Bar1+ years of experience in a civil practice area (litigation, transactional, real estate, or family law backgrounds all considered)Strong writing, research, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines independentlyWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsDirect mentorship from experienced partnersBroad practice exposure across a well-rounded civil practiceCollaborative, longstanding firm cultureThe annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000.
