Associate Attorney

McManus Ateshoglou Aiello & Apostolakos PLLC is an expanding litigation firm with offices in the Manhattan Financial District and in Garden City, Long Island. We are seeking to hire motivated attorneys to join our team in our Manhattan and Garden City offices.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with appropriate supervision. MAAA offers experienced attorneys an efficient and established infrastructure that allows them to focus on their legal practices.MAAA is a true litigation firm, which handles matters through all phases of the litigation process, from pleadings through discovery, substantive motion practice, trial, and appeal. For attorneys seeking to develop trial skills, MAAA offers a unique opportunity to do so.Base salaries and benefit packages are competitive and commensurate with experience. MAAA offers bonus programs which provide attorneys the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation levels. Qualifications

· Must be Admitted to the NYS Bar· At Least 4 Years of Significant Litigation Experience· Strong Writing, Communication and Advocacy Skills Responsibilities:· Manage Own Caseload and Work Collaboratively to Develop Litigation Strategy· Communicate with Clients and Provide Status Reports· Draft Pleadings, Discovery, and Motions· Attend Depositions and Court Appearances· Perform Legal Research
