Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense) - Houston, TX!!!Our client is a highly respected and aggressively growing Boutique Litigation Law Firm who is growing and seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their team onsite in Houston, TX (next to Galleria Mall). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, and the firm goes to Trial a significant amount of time, so Trial and/or Litigation experience is a plus!!Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (Base)Bonus: Performance Bonus (individual and firm) Pays out in DecemberCase Fees Awarded – To be discussed directly (inception and completion)Healthcare: Firm covers 100% of Individual Healthcare with options for dependents.Dental and Vision plans offered.PTO – Flexible Time Off (take the time you need off)Requirements:2-5 years’ experienceActive Texas Bar LicenseInsurance Defense Experience is idealLitigation and/or Trial Experience a plus
