Associate/AVP, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance

Job DescriptionSupport the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and structured debt transactions for corporate and private equity clients across Asia-Pacific.Evaluate event-driven financing opportunities and assist with transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, credit assessment, due diligence review, and preparation of credit papers.Prepare pitch books, financing proposals, market updates, and client presentations to support business development and relationship management efforts.Work closely with coverage bankers, relationship managers, syndicate, and product partners to deliver financing solutions and ensure successful deal execution.Assist in managing the leveraged finance portfolio, monitoring transaction performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.3-5 years of relevant experience within Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Credit, or Investment Banking.Transaction experience across LBOs, acquisition financings, syndicated loans, structured debt, or other event-driven financing solutions.Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills, with the ability to assess complex capital structures and financing opportunities.Experience preparing credit memoranda, investment papers, pitch books, and transaction-related presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Fluent English required; additional Asian language capabilities would be viewed favourably.
