It brings together business, technology, consulting, and ecosystem capabilities to develop differentiated propositions and accelerate outcomes for clients.About the roleAs an Associate / Business Consultant / Senior Business Consultant in GCC Advisory, you will support consulting engagements across GCC strategy, setup, optimization, and transformation. Working with consulting leaders, client stakeholders, and internal teams, you will contribute to research, analysis, operating model design, capability roadmaps, presentations, and implementation planning.The role requires an understanding of GCCs, shared services, GBS, outsourcing, or transformation, together with structured problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills. Depending on experience, you will manage assigned tasks or defined workstreams and contribute to innovation-led GCC agendas involving Engineering R&D, digital engineering, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesA. GCC Strategy & Setup- Support the development of GCC advisory offerings, frameworks, accelerators, playbooks, and value-creation approaches.- Contribute to assigned tasks or defined workstreams covering target operating model design, capability roadmaps, and value articulation.- Support research and analysis relating to location options, captive, BOT, and hybrid operating models, and phased scaling plans.- Assist in incorporating ER&D, digital engineering, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies into capability design where relevant.- Develop research, benchmarks, and perspectives on evolving GCC archetypes, including innovation hubs, AI centres of excellence, and engineering centres.- Prepare structured analyses, recommendations, and client-ready materials under the guidance of senior team members.B. Business Development & Client Engagement- Support the positioning of GCC advisory capabilities across selected accounts and opportunities.- Assist account and global teams with GCC-led RFPs, proposals, presentations, and proactive opportunity development.- Contribute research and inputs to opportunity qualification, solution shaping, effort estimation, and commercial discussions.- Build effective working relationships with client and internal stakeholders and participate in client conversations with appropriate leadership support.- Support pipeline reviews, account planning, tracking, and follow-through on agreed business development actions.C. Advisory Execution- Support assigned GCC advisory and transformation tasks or workstreams from assessment through implementation support.- Coordinate inputs across teams, track milestones, and help maintain the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.- Apply structured methods to operating model, governance, capability, talent, location, and transformation questions.- Contribute research, analysis, and documentation to support the design and strengthening of future-ready global centres.- Identify issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring escalation to the relevant workstream or engagement lead.- Track agreed actions and intended outcomes and support value realization across the engagement lifecycle.D. Practice Development- Develop reusable knowledge assets, research, methodologies, case studies, and delivery materials that support sales and execution effectiveness.- Collaborate with team members, incorporate feedback, and contribute to consistent quality across work products.- Bring together relevant knowledge and inputs from multiple business units to support practical client solutions.- Support coordination with external specialists across compliance, legal, taxation, infrastructure, project management, facilities, and talent, as required.- Collaborate with industry and service-line teams to support an integrated GCC value proposition.- Contribute to client forums, industry events, and GCC communities through presentations, research, and point-of-view material.E. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration- Act as a reliable point of coordination across client, consulting, delivery, account, and partner teams for assigned activities.- Prepare concise project updates, analyses, meeting notes, and recommendations for internal and leadership reviews.- Demonstrate collaborative ways of working, clear ownership of assigned tasks, and high standards of delivery.- Contribute to an inclusive, knowledge-sharing, and accountable team environment.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.- Candidates must possess an MBA/PGDM from a recognized and reputed institution.- 2-9 years of total work experience, with exposure to GCC advisory, GBS, outsourcing strategy, shared services, consulting, research, or related transformation work.- Experience supporting client-facing assignments involving GCC setup, optimization, operating model design, location analysis, or transformation will be an advantage.- Exposure to consulting, advisory, technology services, or a GCC environment; experience with a consulting firm is preferred.- Understanding of global sourcing trends, location considerations, digital operating models, governance, and talent strategies will be an advantage.
